WaitTime is partnering with RE Insight to promote safe and secure environments in response to COVID-19. Check out our partner press release below to learn more about how we are collaboratively making an impact.
RE Insight and WaitTime have partnered to improve the “new normal” in retail shopping, commercial real estate, and stadium experiences. They have combined technologies to help owner/operators manage new restrictions in movement required by social distancing recommendations resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The technology also helps customers eager to return to shopping outside the home gauge wait times for lines into stores.
RE Insight CEO, Quinn Munton said, “This partnership makes perfect sense because the combination of RE Insight’s enterprise analytics and WaitTimes advanced camera technologies produces a clear and accurate picture of customer activity on the property. Harvard disease researchers have said we might have some form of social distancing in place until 2022, so we really have to accept that attempting to keep customers safe by this practice is going to be part and parcel of the way we do business in the near future.”
“WaitTime monitors the number of people within a store, communicates with customers to regulate the amount of traffic, and shares crowd traffic information to promote best practices and enforce government-mandated regulations,” said Zachary Klima, CEO of WaitTime.
Combining the two platforms will allow owner operators to understand crowd movement in a new and sophisticated way and modify the shopper’s experience to make it the best it can be under current circumstances.
