Last week, WaitTime leadership traveled cross-country to strengthen partnerships and showcase how our patented AI is transforming industries worldwide. CEO Zack Klima joined Intel’s Embedded World North America in Anaheim, while CIO Elizabeth Henson represented WaitTime at AXIS Communications’ Immerse in San Antonio.
These two events—one focused on the future of infrastructure, the other on end-user innovation—highlighted the breadth of WaitTime’s impact across the channel and across verticals.
At Embedded World, the focus was on AI at the edge and how intelligent software and hardware are reshaping infrastructure to unlock new business models. Klima spoke on a panel highlighting how ISVs like WaitTime are reshaping the channel through:

Bundled solution selling: embedding WaitTime into existing software to drive high-margin ARR
Operational intelligence: cameras as data-driven business tools, not just hardware
Channel enablement: Intel + WaitTime driving adoption from distributors to end customers
Ethical AI: augmenting, not replacing, with WaitTime’s anonymous AI
At Immerse, AXIS’ largest end user event, Henson showcased how the WaitTime and AXIS partnership is transforming physical spaces worldwide. By aligning sales motions, integrators and resellers can seamlessly offer AXIS cameras and WaitTime’s patented AI together—using the same people, process, and global support model. Henson also highlighted all the unique verticals WaitTime offers through its partnership with AXIS.

Some verticals include:
Airports
Amusement Parks
College Campuses
Convention Centers
Cruise Ships
Public Transportation
Retail
Sports and Entertainment
Even in different cities, the same takeaway is clear: collaboration through our partners and the channel is what is driving AI innovation.
By working hand-in-hand with our partners, WaitTime isn't just delivering technology—we’re delivering transformation.
