WaitTime Honored as 2026 Technology Integration Partner of the Year focused on Cloud at Axis Partner Summit
WaitTime receives recognition from Axis Communications for outstanding customer solutions
WaitTime, a pioneer AI crowd intelligence company, has been named the 2026 Technology Integration Partner of the Year focused on Cloud by Axis Communications at the Axis Partner Summit in Carlsbad, California. Axis Communications, the global leader in network video and security solutions, presented these annual awards to celebrate partners delivering exceptional value and impact.

WaitTime pairs its patented AI software with Axis cameras to turn video into actionable insights on queues, crowd movement and occupancy. Operators can use these insights to inform staffing, manage congestion and help guests navigate venues more efficiently. The partnership extends the value of camera infrastructure into everyday operations and guest experience.
A shared recent customer success is the University of Alabama, where WaitTime’s AI software and Axis cameras support crowd intelligence at Bryant-Denny Stadium and Coleman Coliseum. The deployment spans more than 120 cameras above gates, concessions and restrooms, giving operators real-time visibility into queues and crowd conditions. Fan-facing wait information helps guests make informed choices about where to enter and find concessions. The project demonstrates how the partnership brings actionable intelligence to busy game-day environments.
“This recognition means a great deal to our entire team,” said Zack Klima, Founder and CEO of WaitTime. “Our shared success at the University of Alabama shows what’s possible when WaitTime’s intelligence and Axis cameras come together. We’re giving operators better visibility and fans information they can use, bringing the value of this partnership to life on game day.”
“Strong partnerships drive success. On behalf of Axis, congratulations to WaitTime for this well-deserved recognition. Their focus on delivering real results for customers really shows,” said Keith D’Sa, Director of Sales, Axis Communications, Inc. “Our partners keep pushing the industry forward, and together, we’re helping create a smarter, safer world.”
